Returns and Refunds
All products at SpeedyOrders are custom-made to order and personalized specifically for you. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges on customized items.
Every order includes a free digital proof before production begins. You must approve your proof before we print. Once approved, your order enters production and cannot be changed.
If your order arrives damaged or we make an error that differs from your approved proof, we will send a replacement at no cost.
Replacements are issued for manufacturing defects and shipping damage only, with photo documentation required within 48 hours of delivery.
We do not offer refunds on custom orders.

If you have a specific idea, file, or concept, place your order and email your high-resolution file (300 DPI, full size) along with detailed instructions to lmk@speedyorders.com. If you don't have a finalized design, share your concept and our team will assist. A digital proof is sent before production begins.

I have a large guest list — can all my guests fit on one seating chart?
For guest lists over 150 names we recommend splitting across two coordinated seating charts to maintain readability. As a general guideline, 250-260 names fit comfortably across two signs with a legible text size of approximately 0.2". To get an accurate recommendation, share your total guest count, number of tables, and guests per table and we will confirm the best layout before you order.
