Are these reviews real?
Every review on this page is verified — either through Judge.me's order verification on speedyorders.com, Etsy's order-linked review system, or Amazon's verified-purchase system. Why do I see reviews from Etsy here?
We've sold custom signs on Etsy since 2016 and have built up over 5,000 reviews there. Our Shopify store is newer, so we display Etsy reviews on this page to show the full picture of our customer experience across every platform we sell on. How can I leave a review?
After your order is delivered, you'll receive an email from us inviting you to share your feedback. You can leave a review with photos directly through that email. We read every review and frequently feature customer photos on our website (with permission) and Instagram.
Do you respond to negative reviews?
Yes. Every customer who leaves a 3-star review or lower hears from us within 24 hours. Most issues are resolved with a replacement, a revision, or whatever the customer needs. We take negative reviews seriously because they're the fastest way for us to improve.
Can I see reviews for a specific product before I buy?

Are your reviews on Google, Trustpilot, or BBB?
We focus on review platforms that are tied to a verified purchase — Judge.me on our website, Etsy on Etsy, Amazon on Amazon. We're a verified seller on all three. We don't actively maintain a Trustpilot or BBB profile because those platforms don't verify that a reviewer is a real customer.
