Proofing Process & Approval Policy
Many of our items are personalized specifically for you before printing. To ensure every detail is accurate, digital proofs are emailed for your review and approval prior to production.
Included Proof Rounds
Customizable items include up to two rounds of proofs:
- First Proof – Created using the wording and details submitted with your order.
- Second (Final) Proof – Provided if revisions are requested after reviewing the first proof.
Proof Timeline
After your order is placed, one of our designers will personalize your design using the information you provided.
- Your first proof will be emailed within 1–3 business days
(Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, excluding major holidays).
Once you receive your proof, please use the included proofing form to either:
- Approve your design for print, or
- Request minor revisions.
If revisions are requested, your second and final proof will be emailed within 1–3 business days after we receive your requested changes.
Additional Proof Rounds
Any proof rounds beyond the included second proof are available for $55 per additional round.
To avoid delays, please monitor your email closely throughout the proofing process. Orders will not be printed without written approval submitted through the proofing form.
Viewing Your Proof
All proofs are delivered electronically via email in PDF format and are intended for on-screen viewing only.
Please note:
- Printing your proof may distort the size, color, or layout of the design.
- We strongly recommend reviewing proofs on a desktop or laptop computer, as small details may be difficult to verify on mobile devices.
Approval & Customer Responsibility
Approving your proof for print confirms that:
- You have carefully reviewed the proof in its entirety,
- All spelling, wording, formatting, and design elements are correct, and
- You authorize SpeedyOrders to proceed with production.
Once a proof is approved, SpeedyOrders is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof, including:
- Misspellings
- Typos
- Omissions
- Formatting issues
- Other customer-approved errors
Refunds or complimentary reprints will not be provided for errors approved during the proofing process. Any reprints required due to approved errors will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
