Who can buy from the online store?

How can I search for products?
Searching for products in the online store is a very simple process. They can be searched by families and sub-families or by product type. Also using our full search engine. In addition, when choosing a specific product, the system will propose a series of related articles of interest. If you cannot find a specific product, please contact us so that we can respond to your request.
How can I get more information about the product?
For more information about the product, click on the chosen article and a screen with informative texts and photos will be activated. Photos can be enlarged for optimal viewing.
How can I know the cost of products?
The prices of the articles are specified in each product sheet. SpeedyOrders reserves the right to modify prices at any time, in which case the valid price will be the one on which the online purchase was made.
How can I buy a product?
Adding new products to your shopping cart is very easy. The option "Buy" is available on each product sheet. You can add as many products as you like.
How do I complete the purchase?
In the upper right corner of the screen is the "Your shopping cart" section, where you can consult the items you have selected at any time. At the end of the purchase process, press the "Checkout" button in the shopping cart. At this point, the system will ask you to identify yourself and enter all your contact information and order delivery address. You can access your cart at any time to view and/or modify your shopping list, as long as the order has not been processed.
How can you be sure I made my purchase correctly?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number so you can always know the status of your order in real time.
Are there restrictions?
SpeedyOrders reserves the right to set limits on orders received. In the event of an incident, the Customer Service department will contact you to specify the steps to follow.
Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel an order, write your request using the form to our email: returns@speedyorders.com. Please include your email address and your order number to ensure fast processing and management.
Please note that in both cases orders can only be modified or canceled while they are being prepared in our facilities, since they cannot be modified or cancelled, and changes and returns can be made according to the established circuit. (RETURNS section)
