Step 2 — Receive Your Digital Proof Before we touch a single piece of material, our design team creates a digital proof of your exact sign — showing your personalization, colors, layout, and finish. You receive it by email and nothing moves forward until you approve it. This is our no-surprises guarantee. No unexpected results. No disappointment on delivery day.

Step 3 — UV Printing Directly on the Material Once you approve your proof, we UV-print directly onto the surface of your chosen material. We do not use vinyl. UV printing is permanent, vibrant, waterproof, and scratch-resistant. Colors are accurate to your proof and photograph beautifully in any light.

Step 4 — Hand Inspection and Finishing Every sign is checked by hand before packaging — edges, print quality, clarity, and personalization accuracy. If anything is below our standard, we reprint. No exceptions.

Step 5 — Ships in 24 Hours From proof approval to shipping in one business day. Standard shipping is free on every order. Express and overnight options are available for events on tighter timelines.
